About Morell
Morell (morell.vc) runs a monthly application window for founders aged 18 to 22. By using this site or applying, you agree to these terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 and no older than 22 on the day you apply, and you must live in the United States. You must give accurate information.
Applications
- Applications open for one hour each month. We may change or cancel a window at any time.
- Submitting an application does not guarantee funding or a response.
- We may select zero, one, or more founders in any month, at our sole discretion.
Your content
You keep ownership of your videos and answers. You grant Morell a license to store, review, and share them internally and with our investors for the purpose of evaluating your application. We will not publish your video without your permission.
Funding
If we choose to fund you, the money comes as a SAFE (Simple Agreement for Future Equity) on a $10 million valuation cap, on the same terms for every founder, under a separate written agreement signed by both parties. If you have not formed a company yet, we send the money once you do. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell or a solicitation to buy securities, or investment, legal, or tax advice.
Emails
By creating an account you agree that we may email you about your account, your applications, decisions, and updates about Morell. We do not send promotional emails.
Conduct
Do not submit false, infringing, or unlawful content, or interfere with the site.
Disclaimer and liability
The site is provided as is, without warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Morell is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
