- Basic usage data such as IP address, device, and pages visited.
- If you ask for drop reminders: your email address. We also store a one-way scrambled version of your IP address, only to block abuse.
How we use it
- To review applications and decide on funding.
- To email you about your account, your application, and decisions.
- If you ask for drop reminders, to email you a confirmation, a reminder before applications open, a reminder when they open, and notices if a drop is moved, canceled, paused, or ended. Every reminder has an unsubscribe link. We do not send promotional emails.
- To run and secure the site.
Who sees it
Our team and the investors who fund Morell may view your application and video. We use service providers for hosting, storage, and email. We do not sell your personal information.
Age
Morell is for people aged 18 to 22. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Retention
We keep applications as long as needed to run the program and meet legal obligations. You can delete your account at any time from your account page, which removes your account, drafts and submissions. You can also ask us to delete your data by contacting us.
Your choices
Reminder sign-ups are separate from accounts. You can unsubscribe at any time with the link in any reminder, or ask us to delete your address. You can request access, correction, or deletion of your information by contacting us.
